How will my medication and/or appliances be delivered?
All Vyne Prescriptions or Vyne Shop orders are sent out using Royal Mail or DPD. For Vyne Prescriptions orders, we default to DPD next day delivery, but you are welcome to request we use Royal Mail instead if that is your preference. For Vyne Shop orders you are able to select you preferred courier at checkout. All orders are delivered in totally discreet packaging, so one will know what's inside except you. We also make sure all our packaging uses sustainable & recyclable materials.
What do you charge for Vyne Shop delivery?
We do our best to keep our delivery prices fair, and we only charge you what the courier services are charging us.

Local delivery: If you're local to us (West Yorkshire), we can deliver to you personally using our electric van! You’ll have the option to choose local delivery at checkout if this service is available to you.
Alternative options: Sometimes our courier partners will make changes or be unable to deliver your order. In these instances we may switch your delivery type to the best option available to get it to you within the same time frame.
Remote locations: For some remote locations in the UK, like the Shetland Islands, the above delivery estimations will be slightly longer. For more information, please visit the Royal Mail or DPD website.
What do you charge for Vyne Prescriptions delivery?
For our NHS prescription orders (which includes medications and appliances) there's absolutely no charge for delivery. Private prescriptions do carry a charge, however, but we will let you know upon processing your prescription what that cost will be.
