Do I need to contact my patients previous supplier when registering them with Vyne?
Once the patient is registered with Vyne, we will nominate Vyne as the patients’ home delivery service of choice – this means that all future prescriptions will come to us automatically - so you don’t need to worry. If required, we will contact their GP.

If I register a patient, can my colleague edit their order through Vyne Online?
In some cases, this is possible, however we recommend that your colleague changes their order over the phone. We’re currently working on a new feature in our app that will allow this!

Do I need to re-order my patients prescription after I have registered them?
If you would like to reorder your patients’ products you can, but in most cases we will contact the patient directly to manage their orders going forward.
Your patient can also use Vyne Online to manage their own account and order their products. We would just need an email address from them to ensure their account is synced to their online account. From there they can use the 2-click re-order to get the same products every month.

How long does Vyne store patient data in my account for?
You’ll be able to see the full history of all the orders you’ve placed for your patients. If one of your patients has shared new or updated information with us, that will not be shown in your account to protect their privacy.
