For those wanting to place their orders online, use our new online platform, Vyne Online. If you’d prefer to sign up over the phone, give our Customer Care team a call on 020 3987 7560 and we’ll be happy to get you started.
Getting to know you
We’ll ask you what products you’re wanting us to dispense, along with some details about yourself and your GP practice. Don’t worry, you’ll only need to give us this information once, so your next order will be much quicker!
Placing your first order
Once you’ve signed up and placed your first order, we’ll give you a call to welcome you to Vyne, and give you the opportunity to ask any questions. We’ll also send you a welcome brochure with everything you need to know.

Getting in touch with your GP
We’ll request your prescription from your GP. This is usually pretty quick, but can take longer during busy periods. We aim to have most prescriptions delivered within two weeks of you placing the order.
Keeping you updated every step of the way
Our new Vyne Online portal features a handy order tracker, where you can easily check the progress of your order. Alternatively if you’d prefer, our helpful Customer Care team are happy provide updates.

Home delivery you can trust
Once we’ve got your prescription, we’ll pack up your order in our fully recycled packaging, and deliver it completely free of charge in a 100% carbon neutral van. Only discreet, unbranded delivery packaging is used.

How long does it take for a Vyne Prescriptions order to process?
We aim to be as quick as possible, but this depends on when we get your prescription back from your GP – we usually recommend placing your order when you have 2 weeks of product left.

How will I know what products I need to order?
If your clinician has registered you to our system and placed your first order already, you will be able to see your full order history, meaning you can simply reorder those same products in just two clicks!
You can search the products by name, code or manufacturer to track down the ones you need. If you have previous products to hand, you can check the packaging or the product itself for any codes or names to make sure you’re ordering the right one.

Do I need to tell my GP I’m using Vyne?
No, we will contact your GP to let them know that you’re using Vyne and to request any of your prescriptions. If your GP doesn’t issue prescriptions to 3rd parties, you may need to request your prescription from them.

I order prescriptions through a Prescription Service, can I still use Vyne?
Yes, you can still use Vyne. You should call the number you would normally use to get your prescription and tell them you would like to use the Vyne service.

What happens if my prescription exemption has expired?
You can speak with your GP to re-apply for an exemption certificate if yours has expired. Please be aware that you can face a penalty charge of up to £100 if you claim free prescriptions without a valid exemption. Please follow this link for more information.

I have a paper prescription, can I still over with Vyne?
Absolutely, you just need to send us your prescription via post. We would recommend that you use recorded delivery to make sure your prescription arrives safely with us as it contains personal information. Please also leave enough time for us to receive, process and deliver your prescription in time.
