Can I request products on behalf of a family member?
Yes, with their permission – we recommend ordering on behalf of someone over the phone instead of through Vyne Online.

What types of safety features does the Vyne Online app have?
Protecting the data of our users is paramount to us. All Vyne Online accounts must be logged in to with an email address and password, and include email verification on creation. Once logged in, you will have the option to enable Two-Factor Authentication to add an extra layer of protection. All our healthcare professional users will also need to re-verify their email addresses every 3 months to ensure they are still active on that email address and thus still employed in their professional capacity, to help protect their patients’ data.

If I order over the phone, can I still use Vyne Online?
Yes, you can use Vyne Online. You would need to register online by entering your email and creating a password. If your email matches one we have on record, your existing account will be synced up.
If you’re unsure whether your email address is on record, you can speak to your advisor the next time you call or pop us an email at hello@vyne.co.uk to ask for your records to be updated.

Can I switch between using the website and Vyne Online app to order my products?
Yes, you can use Vyne Online via our website or app. Although, currently any draft orders that have not yet been submitted will not carry over to the other device. However, we’re working on making this happen
