How do I check the status of my Vyne Prescriptions order?
If you’re ordering a prescription, you can log in to your Vyne Online account and check the status of your active orders on your dashboard. We’ll show when your order is received, awaiting your prescription from your GP, ready to be sent and then out for delivery. Alternatively, if you don't want to use Vyne Online, our helpful Customer Care team will be on hand to advise you.

What do I do if my prescription changes?
If your prescription changes, you can place a new order using Vyne Online, or over the phone. Using Vyne Online, login to the portal on app, computer or phone, and head over to the 'Orders' page. Either create a new order from scratch, or select 'Reorder' on one of your previous orders and amend the items which have changed. Unfortunately, if you're current order is in progress, we won't be able to amend it - please give us a call on 020 3987 7560 if that's the case and we'll get it sorted for you.

I have a paper prescription, can I still over with Vyne?
Absolutely, you just need to send us your prescription via post. We would recommend that you use recorded delivery to make sure your prescription arrives safely with us as it contains personal information. Please also leave enough time for us to receive, process and deliver your prescription in time.

I’d prefer not to register online, can I still use Vyne Prescriptions?
If you would like to register but don't feel comfortable doing it online, get in touch with our lovely Customer Care team on 0344 225 1519 or hello@vyne.co.uk. They will be more than happy to help you with your registration, and take your orders over the phone.

Do I need to tell my GP I’m using Vyne?
No, we will contact your GP to let them know that you’re using Vyne and to request any of your prescriptions. If your GP doesn’t issue prescriptions to 3rd parties, you may need to request your prescription from them.
