How do I cancel my Vyne Shop order?

To cancel your Vyne Shop order, please get in touch with us on hello@vyne.co.uk or by calling 020 3987 7560. If your product hasn't been shipped yet, our Customer Care team will be able to cancel your order and process a refund. If your order has been shipped, we can arrange a collection once it arrives.
