If you're struggling to login to your account, head over to the Vyne Online login page, and select 'Login' for the correct account type. Type in your email address, and here you will see a 'Forgot password?' button you can use to recover your account.
If you can login to your account and you're just wanting to update your credentials, you'll be able to reset your password within the Your Details tab within your account.
