What do I do if my prescription changes?

If your prescription changes, you can place a new order using Vyne Online, or over the phone. Using Vyne Online, login to the portal on app, computer or phone, and head over to the 'Orders' page. Either create a new order from scratch, or select 'Reorder' on one of your previous orders and amend the items which have changed. Unfortunately, if you're current order is in progress, we won't be able to amend it - please give us a call on 020 3987 7560 if that's the case and we'll get it sorted for you.
