Adapt Skin Barrier Paste has been designed to create an even surface on the skin by filling uneven contours with a caulk-like texture. It keeps moisture out of your ostomy skin barrier and can help you wear equipment for longer periods of time.

Adapt Skin Barrier Paste is available in a soft squeeze tube format for your convenience and is free from natural rubber latex.

The low alcohol formula reduces stinging, and the paste can be easily emptied until the last drop is used, reducing waste.

Local delivery: If you're local to us (West Yorkshire), we can deliver to you personally using our electric van! You’ll have the option to choose local delivery at checkout if this service is available to you.

Alternative options: Sometimes our courier partners will make changes or be unable to deliver your order. In these instances we may switch your delivery type to the best option available to get it to you within the same time frame.

Vyne Shop returns and refunds

We offer free returns & refunds for Vyne Shop items ordered within the past 30 days, which have not been used or opened*. If you're not happy with your Vyne Shop order, please get in touch and we'll arrange a free home collection at a date and time suitable for you. It can take up to 7 days for your order to be refunded once we've collected your items, but it's usually quicker.
