The Afex Active Kit is a simple and discreet way to manage stress incontinence after prostate surgery. The Afex system is both discreet and secure, consisting of cotton boxers or jockstrap briefs with a curved receptacle inside a front pocket that channels urine into a reusable 500ml collection bag. Odours are effectively contained by the double-sealed bag.

There are no uncomfortable straps or tubes to deal with: simply connect the bag to the ergonomic receptacle through the briefs for hours of use without changing. The receptacle fits loosely without adhesive and has a double-walled construction that reduces exposure to residual urine.

Local delivery: If you're local to us (West Yorkshire), we can deliver to you personally using our electric van! You’ll have the option to choose local delivery at checkout if this service is available to you.

Alternative options: Sometimes our courier partners will make changes or be unable to deliver your order. In these instances we may switch your delivery type to the best option available to get it to you within the same time frame.

Vyne Shop returns and refunds

We offer free returns & refunds for Vyne Shop items ordered within the past 30 days, which have not been used or opened*. If you're not happy with your Vyne Shop order, please get in touch and we'll arrange a free home collection at a date and time suitable for you. It can take up to 7 days for your order to be refunded once we've collected your items, but it's usually quicker.
