The Afex Receptacle has been created to provide a simple and discrete solution for urinary incontinence. Afex Receptacles come in two variations: High Style with Flexi-Top and Low Style.

Both variations are available in one size, designed to fit everyone, and are suitable for moderate to severe incontinence. The High Style with Flexi-Top is ideal for users who stand for extended periods of time and live a more active lifestyle. The High Style with Flexi-Top is also recommended for use at night. The Low Style on the other hand, provides comfort and support for users who are less active and sit for longer periods of time.

Local delivery: If you're local to us (West Yorkshire), we can deliver to you personally using our electric van! You’ll have the option to choose local delivery at checkout if this service is available to you.

Alternative options: Sometimes our courier partners will make changes or be unable to deliver your order. In these instances we may switch your delivery type to the best option available to get it to you within the same time frame.

Vyne Shop returns and refunds

We offer free returns & refunds for Vyne Shop items ordered within the past 30 days, which have not been used or opened*. If you're not happy with your Vyne Shop order, please get in touch and we'll arrange a free home collection at a date and time suitable for you. It can take up to 7 days for your order to be refunded once we've collected your items, but it's usually quicker.

Also Note: Please do not send any orders back to our VyneYard warehouse, instead we will arrange a free home collection as outlined above.
