DBT Medical Foam Strips are designed to provide additional security to your urinary sheath. The double-sided adhesive foam strips when applied to the underside of the sheath and penis, provide an additional level of adhesive to ensure your sheath stays in place. DBT Medical Foam Strips can be cut down to size depending on the length you require.

Local delivery: If you're local to us (West Yorkshire), we can deliver to you personally using our electric van! You’ll have the option to choose local delivery at checkout if this service is available to you.

We offer free returns & refunds for Vyne Shop items ordered within the past 30 days, which have not been used or opened*. If you're not happy with your Vyne Shop order, please get in touch and we'll arrange a free home collection at a date and time suitable for you. It can take up to 7 days for your order to be refunded once we've collected your items, but it's usually quicker.
