Kelo-Cote Scar Treatment has been clinically proven to help improve the appearance of existing hypertrophic and keloid scars, prevent abnormal scarring after surgery, and reduce redness, itching, and irritation associated with scars.
The treatment self-dries within a few minutes to form an invisible, breathable, and waterproof covering that provides 24-hour protection when applied twice a day.
Kelo-Cote Scar Treatment is intended to treat both new and old (up to 4 years old) hypertrophic and keloid scars brought on by trauma, burns, wounds, and general surgical procedures. It is suitable for sensitive skin and is appropriate of adults and children (gel & UV 3 months+, spray 12 months+).
Kelo-Cote Scar Treatment is available in 3 formats:
Kelo-Cote Scar Gel – Standard gel treatment in 15g or 60g tubes
Kelo-Cote Scar Gel UV – Standard gel treatment but with added UV protection in 15g tubes
Kelo-Cote Scar Spray – Available in a convenient 100ml spray bottle for large scars and hard to reach areas

Local delivery: If you're local to us (West Yorkshire), we can deliver to you personally using our electric van! You’ll have the option to choose local delivery at checkout if this service is available to you.
Alternative options: Sometimes our courier partners will make changes or be unable to deliver your order. In these instances we may switch your delivery type to the best option available to get it to you within the same time frame.
Remote locations: For some remote locations in the UK, like the Shetland Islands, the above delivery estimations will be slightly longer. For more information, please visit the Royal Mail or DPD website.
Vyne Shop returns and refunds
We offer free returns & refunds for Vyne Shop items ordered within the past 30 days, which have not been used or opened*. If you're not happy with your Vyne Shop order, please get in touch and we'll arrange a free home collection at a date and time suitable for you. It can take up to 7 days for your order to be refunded once we've collected your items, but it's usually quicker.
*Please Note: Due to the nature of products sold on vyne.co.uk, we’re unable to accept returns for any used or opened products. If you're unsure of product sizing, please give us a call on 020 3987 7560 or email hello@vyne.co.uk and we will be able to provide advice, and for some items a sample.
Also Note: Please do not send any orders back to our VyneYard warehouse, instead we will arrange a free home collection as outlined above. Due to the nature of products available on vyne.co.uk, we enforce a strict returns procedure to ensure the safety of items returning to stock. Orders returned to the VyneYard warehouse without prior contact will not be processed.
