Kliniderm Foam Silicone Border Dressing is a soft, conformable absorbent polyurethane foam dressing with a moisture permeable film backing and an adhesive silicone wound contact layer. The dressings promote a moist wound healing environment and can be used in conjunction with compression. It comfortably provides up to 7 days of wear time and is waterproof for user convenience.

The Kliniderm Foam Silicone Border Dressing reduces the risk of pain and wound damage during dressing changes and protects the surrounding skin with simple application. It can be used under compression and absorbs and controls exudate whilst also supporting moist wound healing and lowering the risk of maceration. Kliniderm Foam Silicone Border Dressings are skin-friendly and come in a variety of shapes and sizes.

Local delivery: If you're local to us (West Yorkshire), we can deliver to you personally using our electric van! You’ll have the option to choose local delivery at checkout if this service is available to you.

Alternative options: Sometimes our courier partners will make changes or be unable to deliver your order. In these instances we may switch your delivery type to the best option available to get it to you within the same time frame.

Vyne Shop returns and refunds

We offer free returns & refunds for Vyne Shop items ordered within the past 30 days, which have not been used or opened*. If you're not happy with your Vyne Shop order, please get in touch and we'll arrange a free home collection at a date and time suitable for you. It can take up to 7 days for your order to be refunded once we've collected your items, but it's usually quicker.
