Payne’s Urine Director has been designed to help direct and guide the flow of urine into a toilet, improving accuracy. For convenience, the Payne’s Urine Director can be used in conjunction with a variety of leg bags and drainage bags, thanks to its stepped connector.

Dimensions: 160mm in length (greatest length, external), with a 36mm diamter opening.

How do urine directors work?

Payne's Urine Director is a unisex device, unlike many others. For men, place your penis in the director ensuring a close connection of the black flange and your skin, and use the device to direct urine into the toilet or attached bag. For women, press the black flange up against the vagina for a secure connection to your skin, and use the device to direct urine into the toilet or attached bag.

Local delivery: If you're local to us (West Yorkshire), we can deliver to you personally using our electric van! You’ll have the option to choose local delivery at checkout if this service is available to you.

Alternative options: Sometimes our courier partners will make changes or be unable to deliver your order. In these instances we may switch your delivery type to the best option available to get it to you within the same time frame.

Vyne Shop returns and refunds

We offer free returns & refunds for Vyne Shop items ordered within the past 30 days, which have not been used or opened*. If you're not happy with your Vyne Shop order, please get in touch and we'll arrange a free home collection at a date and time suitable for you. It can take up to 7 days for your order to be refunded once we've collected your items, but it's usually quicker.
