Absorb Odour Neutralizer Absorbent Gel aims to neutralises pouch odour and absorb any excess fluid in the process. It contains a highly effective odour neutraliser which aids in the elimination of odours within your pouch. The gel will dissolve over time, soaking up the excess fluid from the pouch contents.

Solidifying agents help to reduce the likelihood of leaks by minimising liquid content, whilst also helping to eliminate unpleasant odours. By reducing the liquid content within your pouch, users may also find a reduction in pouch noise or sloshing, improving privacy and discreet wearing. Solidifying more liquid outputs can also promote healthier peristomal skin, and reduce the risk of content returning to the stoma.

Local delivery: If you're local to us (West Yorkshire), we can deliver to you personally using our electric van! You’ll have the option to choose local delivery at checkout if this service is available to you.

Alternative options: Sometimes our courier partners will make changes or be unable to deliver your order. In these instances we may switch your delivery type to the best option available to get it to you within the same time frame.

Vyne Shop returns and refunds

We offer free returns & refunds for Vyne Shop items ordered within the past 30 days, which have not been used or opened*. If you're not happy with your Vyne Shop order, please get in touch and we'll arrange a free home collection at a date and time suitable for you. It can take up to 7 days for your order to be refunded once we've collected your items, but it's usually quicker.
