Ultrabase Paraffin Cream is an effective alternative to topical corticosteroids for treating various skin conditions such as dermatitis, eczema, and ichthyosis (dry, scaly skin). It can be applied as often as needed to soothe and moisturise the skin, making it an ideal choice for managing dry, irritating skin conditions.
This cream contains 10% w/w soft white paraffin, which helps to moisturise and protect the skin. Ultrabase is easily absorbed, soothes and softens dry skin, and comes in a convenient pump dispenser. It is free from SLS, lanolin, and colour, making it suitable for sensitive skin.
Warning: This product contains paraffin. If paraffin comes into contact with dressings, clothing, bedding or other materials it can be ignited with a naked flame. Keep away from fire when using products containing paraffin.

Local delivery: If you're local to us (West Yorkshire), we can deliver to you personally using our electric van! You’ll have the option to choose local delivery at checkout if this service is available to you.
Alternative options: Sometimes our courier partners will make changes or be unable to deliver your order. In these instances we may switch your delivery type to the best option available to get it to you within the same time frame.

We offer free returns & refunds for Vyne Shop items ordered within the past 30 days, which have not been used or opened*. If you're not happy with your Vyne Shop order, please get in touch and we'll arrange a free home collection at a date and time suitable for you. It can take up to 7 days for your order to be refunded once we've collected your items, but it's usually quicker.
